If you would like to have your item delivered to your child's homeroom teacher, then please select the option to 'Pickup in store' at checkout. Swift Creek Elementary School and Moss and Pine are not responsible for items that are misplaced by students. Shipping & Processing

Please check the banner at the top of the website for current processing times. Moss and Pine generally operates on a 10-14 business day processing schedule. Free standard shipping is rewarded when you spend $65. Upgraded shipping does not include processing time. Please reach out to shopmossandpine@gmail.com to inquire about faster production rates.

Returns

Returns are not allowed on gift cards, fundraiser merchandise, or custom items. Exchange requests will be granted on a case by case basis for product damage. Please reach out to shopmossandpine@gmail.com for return slips. Return inquires should be made within 5 business days of delivery.
