SHIPPING POLICY

Moss and Pine has a standard shipping policy of 7-10 days. Shipping times start from label creation. Please understand that shipping times do not include creation times for personalized or custom items including, but not limited to digital portraits.

We are a small business. We create each of your items in the USA. Please be understanding if we reach out to notify you of a delay in creation or shipping. We do our best to beat our shipping and creation times, but we cannot control the speed of the postal carriers. Please reach out if you would like to purchase faster shipping options.
